Description: FKM premixed rubber is a kind of fluororubber premixed rubber added with asmall amount of processing aids, fillers and all additive of curing systems. Itsolves the

problem that the fluororubber vulcanizing agent is difficult todisperse during processing, and greatly improves the mixing efficiency offluororubber.


Special properties:

Ø   Excellent wear & tear resistance; excellent ozone resistance &weather resistance

Ø   Heat resistance comparable to silicone rubber, better than any otherrubber; excellent resistance to superheated water or water vapor, excellenthigh vacuum resistance Good appearance.

Ø   Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to moderate dosesof radiation

Ø   Good low temperature performance

Ø   Good storage stability

Ø   Excellent antistatic property in low frequency and low voltage occasions

Ø   Calendering, extrusion fast, smooth surface, high strength, highhardness & low pressure deformation, high chemical stability
