Description: This series is a premixed compound of silicone rubber with good mechanicalproperties, vulcanizing under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent thatcould be chosen according to processing requirement.
Special properties:
Ø Easy to process, not sticky to rolls, easy to demold.
Ø Good mechanical properties.
Ø Easy to process and demold, not sticky to rolls.
Ø Good stability up to 200℃.
Ø Bright colors easily obtained with color bases.
Ø Wild range of reloading or blending.
Main applications:
Ø SR7XXU is for excursion process. SR7XXUM is for compression moldingprocess. Molding articles made of this series have good comprehensiveproperties.

Curing Condition:
SR 7XXU: Cure for 8 mins at 115℃after addition of 1.25% of 2,4-dichloro-benzoylperoxide (at 50%), and post cure for 4 hours at 200°C.
